If you are a Nursing Home or an over 50's Club an hour session includes:

I Play Keyboard, Demonstrating Line Dancing, Tell Clean Jokes, Teach Armchair Line Dancing at a very slow pace using songs that won the war, I play Harmonica (The residents have to guess the tunes) this leads to more jokes and I recite my own Poetry.
